What Funding Could Be Available?

Enterprise Singapore states that support rates vary by activity. For the Human Resource Shared Services (HRSS) activity, the listed activity cost is capped at S$40,000, with support of up to 50% for SMEs (capped at S$20,000) and up to 30% for non-SMEs (capped at S$12,000). HRSS covers professional HR consulting services, including process review, HRMS implementation, and ongoing administrative and payroll support.

These HRSS figures should not be used as the funding calculation for every JustLogin software package. JustLogin’s specific digital-solution packages may have their own prices, support limits and conditions. Use the current official listing for the chosen package and the Letter of Offer—not a general grant headline—to establish the actual approved support.

Who Should Check Their Eligibility?

Eligibility depends on the selected activity, but EDGE applicants generally need to be business entities registered and operating in Singapore, with at least 30% direct or indirect ownership by Singapore citizens and/or Singapore permanent residents, determined by ultimate individual ownership. For the HRSS activity, Enterprise Singapore also states that the applicant must not have started work or made any payment or deposit to a supplier, vendor or third party before submitting the application, and must not have previously applied for grant support for the same solution. Important: Apply Before Starting the Project

One of the most important steps is getting the timing right. EDGE does not support retrospective applications where work has started or payment or a deposit has been made before the application is submitted. Costs incurred from the application date may be supported if the application is approved, but submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Any commitment made after submission but before receiving the outcome remains at the company’s risk. How to Prepare Before Applying

1. Review the current EDGE Grant activity pages and confirm which activity best matches the project.

6. Submit the application through the Business Grants Portal using the company’s authorised personnel and Corppass access.
7. Wait for the application outcome and review the Letter of Offer carefully before proceeding. Complete the approved project and retain invoices, proof of payment and deliverable evidence for the claim.

Remember: EDGE Grant Support Is Reimbursement-Based

EDGE Grant support is administered on a reimbursement basis. In general, a claim can be submitted only after the approved project deliverables have been completed and all project expenses have been paid in full. Only expenses covered by the Letter of Offer are eligible, and the company must submit the required supporting documents by the claim due date. The exact deliverables and qualifying period depend on the activity and the approved Letter of Offer.
